Lance Heimsoth is a Financial Advisor with Security National Investment Services. Originally from Hartley, Iowa, he earned a degree in Business Finance from Iowa State University in 1993. Shortly after graduation, Lance began his career in the financial services industry with Simmers Capital Management in Phoenix, Arizona. In 1994, he returned to the Midwest, relocating to Sioux City to join Security National.
Lance currently holds Series 7, 63, and 66 securities registrations, as well as life, health, and variable insurance licenses. With a strong commitment to helping clients reach their individual financial goals, he brings a combination of knowledge, integrity, and access to a broad range of quality financial products. His approach is centered on helping clients reduce the risks associated with saving, investing, and managing their finances through all stages of life—and beyond.
Outside of work, Lance enjoys spending time with his wife, Dora, and two daughters, Maci and Jahni Grace, along with their husbands, Beau and Alex. He’s a proud grandfather to Seneca. In his free time, Lance enjoys golfing and participating in various sporting activities. He is also a long-time supporter of the United Way of Siouxland and is passionate about giving back to those in need.
